Od 17. března 2026 vstupují v Polsku v platnost nová pravidla systému SENT pro B2B zásilky obsahující oblečení, obuv a související zboží (včetně tranzitu přes Polsko). Tyto zásilky podléhají přísnému monitoringu a lze je přepravovat pouze za splnění níže uvedených podmínek.

Aktuální podmínky pro B2B zásilky do/přes Polsko:

• maximální hmotnost jednoho balíku: 31,5 kg
• omezení rozměrů: délka jedné strany max. 1500 mm, součet délky a obvodu max. 3000 mm
• u obuvi bez omezení počtu kusů
• kombinované zásilky (oblečení + obuv): max. hmotnost 31,5 kg
• vícekusové zásilky jsou povoleny (každý balík do 31,5 kg)
• pokud má příjemce certifikát AEO nebo jde o polskou státní instituci, omezení se neuplatňují

Zásilky, které tyto podmínky nesplní, nelze přepravit a budou vráceny odesílateli. Nařízení se vztahuje pouze na B2B zásilky (B2C, C2C, C2X apod. nejsou omezeny) a platí i pro tranzit přes Polsko, což ovlivňuje zásilky do/z Lotyšska, Litvy a Estonska. Nedodržení pravidel může vést k vysokým pokutám. Veškeré sankce uložené GLS Polsko budou přeneseny na odesílající zemi, která pak tyto náklady přefakturuje odesílateli. As of 17 March 2026, new Polish SENT regulations apply to B2B shipments containing clothing, footwear, and related goods (including transit through Poland). These shipments are subject to strict monitoring and can only be transported if the following conditions are met:

Current conditions for B2B shipments to/through Poland:

• maximum weight per parcel: 31.5 kg

• size limits: maximum single dimension 1500 mm, and combined length and girth up to 3000 mm

• no limit on the number of footwear items per parcel

• mixed shipments (clothing + footwear): max. 31.5 kg

• multi-parcel shipments are allowed (each parcel up to 31.5 kg)

• if the consignee holds an AEO certificate or is a Polish governmental entity, the restrictions do not apply

Shipments that do not meet these conditions cannot be transported and will be returned to the sender.

The regulation applies only to B2B shipments (B2C, C2C, C2X etc. are not restricted) and also covers transit through Poland, affecting shipments to/from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

Non-compliance may result in severe penalties. Any fines imposed on GLS Poland will be charged back to the shipping country, which will then invoice the sender.

These rules are temporary and may be subject to further changes.
